Promoting From Within
UPS and MBE both have long histories of promoting from within. Many associates will celebrate milestone anniversaries this year. The Management Assessment Promotion Process gives every associate the opportunity to opt in to the promotion process and be considered as opportunities become available. We prepare our associates for career advancement through the Education Assistance Program, which helps pay for college and other courses, as well as associate-led workshops and mentoring programs.



		Our team-focused atmosphere fosters growth, both personal and professional.
