As of May 11, 2009, Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. has sold the proprietary Mail Boxes Etc. brand business outside the U.S., Canada, India and their respective possessions and territories, to MBE Worldwide SRL. MBE Worldwide SRL is a newly formed affiliate of Italy-based Fineffe Group, an affiliate of MBE’s former Master Licensees for Italy, Germany, Spain and Austria. This sale includes some 1,227 locations in more than 30 countries. |
